Ingredients

Base Build

2 tbsp Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Dragon Fruit, thawed

1 oz Dole Pineapple Juice

¾ oz vanilla or tropical syrup

1 Dole IQF Lemon Wedge, squeezed in

4-5 oz club soda or lemon-lime soda

Sunrise Layer

½ oz grenadine (may sub pomegranate or berry syrup)

Garnish

Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Dragon Fruit, as desired, spooned over top

Dole IQF Lemon Wedge

Mint sprig (optional)

Directions

  1. Spoon 2 tbsp Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Dragon Fruit into the bottom of a chilled 16 oz glass.
  2. Pour in Dole Pineapple Juice, vanilla/tropical syrup, and lemon juice.
  3. Fill with ice, and slowly pour sparkling soda over top to keep the gradient intact.
  4. Gently drizzle grenadine down the inside of the glass so it settles at the bottom and creates a sunrise effect as it gradually blends upward.
  5. Spoon additional Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Dragon Fruit over top and garnish with a lemon wedge and mint sprig.
