Directions

1. Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice.
2. Add tequila, Dole Pineapple Juice, and jalapeño slices.
3. Squeeze 1 Dole IQF Lemon Wedge over the glass and drop in.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Gently lift once with a bar spoon to incorporate — do not stir aggressively.
6. Garnish with the remaining lemon wedge on the rim and spoon pineapple cubes over the top.
